The Fragrance Foundation 2016 announced the top five finalists in all fragrance categories at the Mandarin Oriental, 80 Columbus Circle in NYC as well as the winners of the Editorial Excellence Awards. The ceremony was hosted by Linda Wells who was the founder of Elle Magazine and now EIC of The Cut . Elisabeth Mussmano The Fragrance Foundation President welcomed new president Jerry Vittoria and Executive Director Idris Mignott.
