Definitely sounds like a potential winner! I’ve loved her other scents for MDCI, even if they weren’t ones I would necessarily wear. Any idea (perhaps based on the potential resin bust) if this is being considered “masc” or “fem?”Looks like a nice sweet spicy unisex gourmand based on the notes..

  • I love this opera, but the fragrance sounds rather too much of a gourmand for me. Still, I will try to sample this, it’s worth it Jean -Phillip Rameau, is one of the great Baroque composers. I highly recommend a production of this opera, with Les Arts Florissants, available on video. Sheer, bouncy delight.

I love the idea of fragrance inspired by opera – it seems like a natural pairing, to me. I also love gourmand scents, especially at this time of year. The combination of cinnamon and clove is always so warming, but it’s the addition of almond and raspberry(!) to these notes that intrigues me!
