Creative Director Phillipe Neirinck of Parfumerie Moderne will debut his new perfume Belle Rives at Pitti Fragranze 2017, an olfacative tribute to the famous hotel on the shore of the Swiss Lake, where Albert Cohen wrote “Belle de Seigneur”, composed by Marc-Antoine Corticchiato:

Top notes: Bergamot Italy, Incense & Myrrh from Somalia

Heart notes: Iris butter from Florence, Osmathus, Jasmin Sambac

Base notes: cedar from Texas, Vetiver from Haiti and cosmone (a rich musk from Givaudan)

  • I was able to sample these at Jovoy this summer, and very much enjoyed them. I think their concept of taking inspiration from classic hotels is intriguing, and allows so much scope for imagination.

    Belle Rives seems like a perfect fit with the rest of the collection. The florals in this one sound so elegant!
