Celine Verleure of Olfactive Studio

 One of the most creative minds in niche perfumery today is Céline Verleure of  Olfactive Studio.   Sometimes perfume bloggers are not unlike talent scouts; we discover emerging niche perfume brands before mainstream media and the general public (in our case in 2009 before the 2011 launch). Every so often we spot a perfume house that we believe in so much that we champion it before the buzz.  Today, after much hard work  Céline created a brand that is sold worldwide at high end niche perfumeries and specialty stores; breaking through the clutter of so many smell alike… look alike perfumes. This is an industry where “imitations” abound and there have been  those who try to copy her unique vision of combining photography with fragrance, but cannot achieve the same result.

 Over the past two years, I have wondered why so many flacons suddenly look like Olfactive Studio and the answer is simple; stock bottles that are available to anyone. It is now time for Olfactive Studio to change to an exclusive new bottle for the next fragrance launch (September 2016) and for the existing fragrances in 2017-2018.
