2017 Perfumed Plume Awards™ for Fragrance Journalism Winners

The Second Annual Perfumed Plume Awards™, founded by Mary Ellen Lapsansky and Lyn Leigh to honor fragrance journalism announced the winners on April 6 at the awards ceremony & celebration at the Society of Illustrators, New York City. The Scent stars were out and the winners are:
