When I first created TAKEN I never intended to make it available to anyone else. But after years of being followed by people wanting to know what I was wearing, I started to rethink the possibility of putting in on the market TAKEN is a luscious blend fit for the ultimate vanilla lover.
I like the fact that I am an American perfumer. I think one’s scent is very personal so, for me, I wanted to create a scent that was sexy with layers of mystery. I always want to ‘enter’ the room before actually entering, and to linger long after I left. If you love vanilla this draw is for you.

We began the project with our medtiation’s on gardens in a historic and mythical sense. Gardens have long symbolized notions of luxury, status/privilege, freedom, sexuality, and fertility. Centered around this brief the Standard Spa Miami was asked to fill out a perfume profile envisioning what type of garden would best represent the property
