Australia has spawned many superb perfume Houses; a couple of years before the last millennium turned, two very visionary individuals (Dianna Burmas & Deon St. Mor) began MOR in a small shop in Melbourne. Their love of travel, art, fashion and food eventually resulted in their release of lines of aromatherapy products and fine fragrances. Their process of blending old time ingredients with modern technologies has promoted what they call “an awakening of the senses with an innovative twist” in the creation of each new product line.
Tropical flowers bring to mind soft breezes and rich fragrances. The perfect tropical accents for these floral aromas are mango and coconut.
I have just secured myself a centre court ticket for this year’s French Open at Stade Roland Garros in Paris, combining fragrance and tennis in one trip. I don’t think it gets much better than this.
As Steven Broudhurst hinted to Managing Editor Mark Behnke in our Behind the bottle Series a new fragrance by the luxe Australian Perfumery will be released this month.
