Parfums de Marly Delina La Rosée Review (Quentin Bisch) 2021 + Roses at Dawn Draw

Quentin Bisch is the perfumer for Parfums de Marly Delina La Rosée

Seldom is a fragrance so exquisite that a perfumer creates three different iterations; each unique but sharing the same DNA. That perfumer is the multi award winning Quentin Bisch of Givaudan, (who, among his many honors, recently won three Fragrance Foundation Awards UK (Perfume Extraordinaire, France and Russia in 2020). I asked Quentin Bisch to describe the differences between his three Parfums de Marly “Roses.” It is such an honor that we read M. Bisch’s artistic process in his own words. – Michelyn Camen, Editor-in-Chief

Parfums de Marly Delina La Rosée (2021), Delina Exclusif (2018) and Delina (2017)

Photo of the three “Delinas” by Sebastian

“You can see the three Delinas as the story of rose heaven told from three different angles. It is the same tale told each time in a unique settingDelina is the garden of roses, mid-day, fully blooming. Majestic roses, thousands of petals and with this litchi I adore and hint of crispy rhubarb. And creamy woods for contrast and modernity. Simple formula, direct, clear, beautiful ingredients blended with the perfect dosage. Delina Exclusif is the evening sequel. It is velvety, sensual, oudy and oriental. The rose is more of a loukoum, decadent, delicious. It is a rose on skin. Grown up, fulfilled and more daring. A mystery about her.

Parfums de Marly  Delina La Rosée is the prequel. Before Delina became this full expansive field of roses, there was dawn. And at dawn with the very first lights, a rose bud under dew. A watery peony- rose, water lily facets, rain… woods are creamier than ever, it is all about fluidity and freshness. Important, this is NOT a clone of Delina or A FLANKER. More a super powerful fresh rose that shines and vibrates constantly.”- Quentin Bisch, Perfumer at Givaudan

La Rosee Ou lalam Yes please

  • Sounds like a great sent that my wife will love thank you for the opportunity for the giveaway. Sebastian is always amazing with his great reviews.

  • cinemaparadiso says:

I am off to Nordstrom’s now to smell this exciting new version of Delina. I love the original and looking forward to enjoy new spring/summer version Delina La Rosee. I really like all of the fragrances within Parfums de Marly collection, but especially Delina and Layton. Thank you Mr. Quentin for pleasing our noses with intoxicating scents and thank you Sebastian for as always being on point, thorough, honest and relevant with your review of fragrances. I have seen three other reviews of this new fragrance by other youtubers, but nobody describes and compares it to original Delina as you do. *I reside in USA

  • I LOVE Delina! It’s soft and feminine. I’ve not heard of it until I found Sebastian’s review of sexy fragrances. I blind purchased based on his review, love it! I love the idea a a lighter version for more regular use so can’t wait to try Delina la Rosee!

  • Julesinrose says:

As a rose lover, I will probably love them all, but this iteration sounds so precious and I love Quetnin’s description of the three iterations. In Maine, USA Parfums de Marly – I’ve only smelled one – Herod = which I quite like. Now I’d really like to try all the Delinas!

  • benjoin_benjoin says:

I own the travel sized trio of Delina the original and it was love at first sniff for me. There is something about the blend that calls to me. Although I have yet to smell Delina la rosée, it beckons me because I am a lover of rose scents and the wateriness that Quentin describes would be perfect for spring. I am just learning about the various roses–damask, centifolia, etc. and owning a bottle of Delina la rosée would be a welcome addition to my education in fragrance not to mention my love of Delina flankers and the house of Marly in general.

  • Steven Lemke says:

Quentin Bisch tells a compelling story about the evolution of the Rose heaven… dawn, mid-day, and evening. I would love to compare and contrast the three beginning with the Delina La Rosée. I grow Peony and Roses in my yard and love the subtle Peony scent.

  • Theresa Solomon says:

I fell in love with the first 2 Delina’s and have yet to try the newest 1, Reading how Quentin Busch is telling a story behind these fragrances what it takes to create these beautiful scents, and winning Multiple awards is an amazing compliment and I’m sure there’s many more to come…..When I first started watching Sebastian I was in Awe that he need so much about fragrances and as time has gone on I feel like he’s taught us all a lot of people are paying attention, I just want to say Thank you for the opportunity to win a bottle of PMD newest Delina…

  • great alternative with summer right around the corner. Hope I get the Bottle and enjoy it

  • Norcal_nose says:

Quentin Bisch, thank you for sharing your evolution behind the three Delinas, dawn, mid-day, and evening. Rose can be so different in nature and I’m looking forward to your artistic interpretation. Sebastian brought in another great review as per usual, I’d love to be counted in the running for the 120 ml bottle of Parfums de Marly Delina La Rosée. I reside in the US.

  • Quentin Bisch says that even though Delina La Rosée is the third release, it is actually the prequel to the original Delina. Sebastian confirms this through his review that Delina La Rosée is the most transparent composition in the Delina series. I am in US.

  • Christina Arnold says:

I am a fan of fresh feminine perfumes. I would love to have Delina Lá Rose in my collection! I have been following Sebastian for many years, he is the best!!!

  • I love fresh, floral(especially )and fruity notes in perfumes. I have been a fan of Delina from the house of Parfums de Marly and I’m 200% sure La Rosée will be a wonderful addition to my wardrobe. I’m so excited to participate in this giveaway. Thank you Sebastian for directing me to this giveaway. I enjoy Sebastian’s perfume reviews on his YouTube channel and have bought a few upon his recommendations as well.

  • Quentin Bisch put to words what most struggle to explore within the Delina line… the overall delina experience that transforms with every fragrance in the trilogy. The episodic description to the Delina line explained the unique aspects to the story within the trilogy. Specifically, Bisch’s interpretation of Delina Exclusif shed light on the sensual notes of the fragrance. While Bisch’s depiction of Delina is poetic and meant to dive deep into the trilogy of Delina, Sebastian makes the Delina trilogy accessible to the masses. His thorough method to describing the Delina fragrances with simple yet impactful descriptions that would make anyone ready to dive into the Delina line. Hands down, Sebastian is the best reviewer and I’ve invested in many fragrances due to his guidance. My favorite within the Parfums de Marley has to be Delina Exclusif.

  • Sound like a fresher version than the original and more floral rosy fresh rather than more sweet. Interesting to learn this is more closer to delina than the exclusive which is the new la rose. I would love to win it :).

  • Quentin Bisch’s description of Delina La Rosée as a rosebud under morning dew, a prequel to the two previous versions is intriguing. I love listening to Sebastian’s perfume reviews while I paint. I’ve been working on roses lately so I would enjoy wearing a rose and peony fragrance this summer. The idea of watery transparent flowers with creamy woods sounds lovely. I do not yet have a favorite Parfums de Marly perfume. Perhaps this is it? I’m in Virginia, USA.

  • Quentin Bisch is really a great perfumer these days and not until this review did I know he was behind the three parfums de marly Delina.it’s really cool he gave us his view and explanations that they are not flankers or clones but different times of the day of rose heaven which was really good for Sebastian’s review I like Delina Exclusif but this would be nice for summer for sure

  • BRITTANY MILES says:

I love that Rosée is the prequel. Early dawn quietude and the romance of an early morning walk. I instinctively knew this is the Delina for me.

  • Thank you so much, Quentin, for these beautiful fragrances! I never understood the differences of until now. I have only had the privilege of experiencing the original Delina, but it is truly lovely. However, the Delina La Roses is what interests me most, as rose has always been a defining scent for me.

  • According to Sebastian’s review, this fragrance seems to be fresh, invigorating, and good for summertime wear. I also like the idea of a fragrance that has rose and peony as the two most prominent notes. I like how perfumer, Quentin Bisch explains that this fragrance is a powerful fresh rose w/ peony fragrance that has watery qualities. I still haven’t tried anything yet from this house. I live in MD., U.S.A. I’m a subscriber to Sebastian’s channel.

  • Paul Ransom says:

Sebastian thoroughly explained the differences between the 2 Delina fragrances. I learned the the new Rosee is not a clone of the other 2 Delinas but is more fresh roses smelling.. I learned the Delina exclusif is more for Fall and Winter and Delina is more for Spring and Summer wear. Layton is my favorite Parfums de Marly scent.

  • Sebastian mentioned this new version of the original is watery aquatic but definitely not marine or oceanic. It sounds very beautiful and whimsical. I love the description of a budding rose with fresh dew at dawn. It’s the perfect Mother’s Day gift. I’ve never smelled any of the Delinas unfortunately, but their popularity precedes them.

  • I LOVE the story told here about Delina – told from three different angles (almost a beginning, a middle, and end). I think that’s the sign of a sophisticated, timeless fragrance. Sebastian’s review was absolutely amazing, and the “watery” effect that runs through the fragrance (down to the glass!). An absolutely well-done review, and I can’t wait to smell LaRosee.

  • Andrei Artimon says:

Really love the house and my gf has already delina , and she is in love with it . It would be amazing to add this to her collection , new york , usa .

  • Natalie Souza says:

Lychee and Peonies that they describe are two of my favorite scents. I don’t own any parfums-de-marly parfums, but if I did I think I’d prefer Delina La Rosée. Watery floral scents are me in a bottle.

  • I love Quentin’s vision of having a sequel and a prequel of Delina, which I am really enjoying. I was thinking I need a lighter version for summer, so Delina La Rosee sounds perfect according to Sebastian’ review & I’d love to win it!

  • Kyauna Black says:

I am a huge fan of Rose & Peony. The mixture spoken about in the video with fresh notes sounds divine!

  • Niko Bebis says:

Rose is my favorite note in perfume and the Delina line is one that I adore. Personally I like the original more but the exclusif is close behind:) I would love the chance to win a bottle!!

  • I think it’s so interesting that in Quentin’s review he mentioned each iteration of Delina has its own identity and is not a flanker, and yet from Sebastian’s review he can sense the shared DNA running through Delina and the newest version, La Roseé. I’m so excited to try this perfume, I have been loving Rose scents lately and the original Delina was too sharp for me.

  • AleksCipri says:

I was never a huge fan of rose perfumes, but I’ve noticed recently that I’m liking them more and more. I haven tried Delina but I’ve heard a lot of good things about it. Quentin’s intro really got me interested. I feel that Delina La Rosée might be the one I really need to try. I like the description that it is a prequel to Delina with rose buds covered in dew. I think that Sebastian’s review just adds more details to the description as he talks about lighter more watery version of Delina perfect for summer. My favorite perfume from this brand is Herod but I also like Layton. I would love to try Delina La Rosée! I’m from Illinois, US.

  • Paula Baldizon says:

A beautiful description of not only Delina but of the key to this fragrance, roses!! As a truly passionate perfume lover, being gifted a bottle of Rosee would be more than just amazing!! Sebastian gives a beautiful comparison of the ladies!

  • sullybopper says:

I’ve had the pleasure of smelling Delina La Rosée at the Parfums de Marly store here in NYC. It’s such a beautiful and airy rose that is perfect for warm weather. As I listened to Sebastian talk about La Rosée, I recalled the watery, floral sweetness that reminded me of morning dew in a freshly bloomed rose garden. Delina La Rosée truly is the prequel to the ever feminine and sultry Delina.

  • Natalia306 says:

My favorite Delina Exclusif, so beautiful for evening time! Delina La Rosée opens the third chapter in the history of the Delina collection. The new flanker offers a fresh morning rose look. Perfumer Quentin Bish wanted to create a kind of “fresh rose that shines and vibrates constantly.”- Quentin Bisch. I love fresh, morning Roses.
Sebastian in his video review give me more details and his experience with Delina La Rosee, this flanker most great and perfect for summer time. I also think Delina La Rosee transparent pink bottle more pretty that original. Great Giveaway.

  • dmfragrancelover94 says:

I really enjoyed this review! I learned, for one, how to properly pronounce the perfumer’s name lol and the fact that the “clear flowers” note was introduced to add a freshness and floral essence to the fragrance. Related to this, but not mentioned I don’t believe, the fragrance itself was inspired by Quentin’s weekend visits to his grandmother’s home and the roses there that had dew droplets on them.

  • I really love Quentin’s imagery and calling delina la rosée the rosebud to delina’s blooming flower, as someone who has smelled a sample of the original it helped me understand which direction the fragrance was going. Before Sebastion came out with this video I watched his video comparing Delina to Delina excusif and the line has intrigued me ever since. Sebastion does a great job of highlighting the main notes in the fragrance and the idea of a fresher take on delina that doesn’t depart too far from the original is really attractive to me as someone who appreciates fresher fragrances even when it is a little cooler outside.

  • Bianca rios says:

I learned thatQuentin Bisch’s won three Fragrance Foundation Awards. I learned from Sebastian’s YouTube review of Parfums de Marly Delina La Rosée. That the scent has the scent of the flower peony and that’s my favorite flower. My favorite perfume de marly is delina exclusif .

One other thing I love about this bottle is that it’s clear it reminds me of a prima ballerina so delicate and gentle with a peaceful soul .My favorite perfume de marly is delina exclusif .

  • Krisha Garcia says:

I am new to Niche Perfumes and it’s difficult for me to choose since I have no any idea what I do really wanted to try first for myself. Quentin and Sebastian’s review is very helpful and informative. Sometimes it’s not easy to understand when someone is describing the notes of the scent but with Quentin and Sebastian, it’s easy for me to understand a specific perfume. They helped me to imagine what does this fragrance will really smell on me. Actually, they are my always go to and trusted people when it comes to perfumes since they’re preference are very similar to my liking. They have convinced me to buy perfumes and so far, I love all of their recommendations. Now, they convinced me again what to prioritize on my wishlist. Thank you Quentin and Sebastian!

  • Sebastian and Quentin both emphasized the ethereal and watery nature of Delina La Rosee, which is a very exciting perspective on the original fragrance. While I am typically drawn toward the oriental nature of Delina Exclusif, I can certainly imagine enjoying this one immensely in my rose garden, watching the morning dew settle on the buds.

  • My biggest takeaway from Quentin’s introduction was his passion for Delina through his interpretation of the three fragrances. Sebastian’s review was a great virtual experience of Delina La Rosee for viewers contemplating purchasing the fragrance.

  • Jenny L Smith says:

I love these perfumes. I cannot wait to smell this one! I love that it’s a fresher fragrance. I love that this perfumer gets it right every time. Sebastian is amazing describing all the notes and making you want to get your nose on it

  • I’d love to win this for my fiancé. She smelled it in Saks and I’d love to make her happy with it!

  • Yana Vaysberg says:

I love original Delina and can’t wait to try Delina la Rosee. Most of my summer perfumes are different interpretations of roses .

  • elisekimopie says:

I love that this is not a flanker, rather the prequel in the Delina family. This iteration is lighter and more my style. I appreciate that while this fragrance does give the experience of dew on rose petals, it is not aquatic. It gives me everything I love! I would love to win this fragrance! Thanks for the giveaway and the video.

  • stasiswarp says:

I would love to be entered in the giveaway. Delina La Rosée sounds like a wonderful fragrance. I learned that Quentin views this fragrance as one that shines on its own rather than being just a flanker of the original Delina. From Sebastian’s video I was able to understand the different nuances between the original and La Rosée.

  • Shannon Keene says:

I definitely think Rosee is a year round scent, but also a warm weather version of the original Delina. I think this flanker will be an obsessive fragrance much like the original. I love many of the different Parfum De Marly fragrances, Layton is still my favorite. I always end up coming back to it.

  • Lori Allen says:

I love to hear a men’s perspective on perfume scents, from this is where I make my final decisions on what I would like to own. It’s fun to wear scents I like and men find attractive on a woman. My recent purchase and first bottle of Perfumes de Marly ‘Delina Exclusif’ is a HOMERUN! Thanks for giving us this opportunity to experience the newest version La Rosee.

  • I love Mr. Bisch’s description of the three Delina’s as “the story of rose heaven told… each time in a unique setting.” I like to visualize the three distinct scenes. From Sebastian’s review I learned that Delina La Rosée comes in a transparent bottle, which I think is especially charming considering it reflects the distinct character of the most recent iteration. I have only been lucky enough to smell Delina, but I’ve got my eye on Sedbury and of course Delina Exclusif and Delina La Rosée.

  • Sherin Thomas says:

Love Sebastian’s review of La Rose because it has the same DNA of Original Delina with watery note along with Peony . Love to get my nose on this . Thank you for the opportunity ! – From PA

  • Minerva Brunner says:

I agree with Andrea and Katrinakp as they are not flankers….Just as one person can express many moods throughout the day so can fragrances but the difficulty is in trying to convey or replicate this within fragrances and he manages to do so and with such style and grace….I vote for either commentator….As for Sebastian…ever so observant to subtle details by connecting transparent flowers “watery flowers” idea built in to or becoming part of the design for the transparent bottle….Just curious, why peonies?….Is it used because they bloom during late Spring through the summer since this fragrance might be seen by most as a spring/summer fragrance? or is it because the look similar to a rose when in bloom and represent wealth as your design bottle seems to indicate luxury and wealth?…Just curious.

  • I have never smelled any of the Delinas! I love watching Sebastian and learned which Delina suits each season. It’s very hot already where I live, so Delina La Rosee sounds perfectly suitable! From Quinten Bisch I learned how romantic Delina Exclusif sounds! My two favorites from the house I wear regularly are Herod and Meliora ❤️

  • Holly Williamson says:

My favorites are Meliora, Sedbury and Delina Exclusif. Really beautiful, feminine and addictive fragrances. I learned that the Delina DNA is there but with watery, delicate touches. I think this sounds like a beautiful fragrance for summer and also an “after the shower” perfume. Would love to add this to my collection to complete my Delina Trifecta. Thanks, Sebastian and Cafleurebon!

  • maggiemaria says:

“Before Delina became this full expansive field of roses, there was dawn. And at dawn with the very first lights, a rose bud under dew. ” What a beautiful description! This along with Sebastian’s description of “rained on flowers” has already painted an awe-inspiring picture in my mind and I’m now even more excited to try this fragrance!!!

Parfums de Marly was my introduction to niche perfumery, it is my absolute favorite brand and I’m so thankful to them for making stunning fragrances that spark immense joy and really help me to start my days in a great mood. I have purchased full bottles of Delina, Sedbury, Meliora, Athalia, Safanad, and Delina Exclusif so far. I can’t wait to continue growing my PDM collection.

It’s honestly very hard to pick *just* one favorite from this brand but I think it would have to be Delina Exclusif, well, so far ;). I am overjoyed to enter this giveaway and would like to thank you for this very generous opportunity!

  • Derek Bedinghaus says:

I like the fact that Quentin says even though it is the third release it is the prequel, the dawn. Love Sebastians reviews as always. This is the fresher take on Delina with the peony double teaming the fragrance with the rose working very well together. I don’t have a favorite Parfums de Marly but I enjoy several of their fragrances.

  • Robert Florea says:

I am new to the house of Parfums de Marly. I was watching Sebastian’s youtube chanel and this house picked my interest as an alfactory experience. 🙂

  • I thought Exclusif and La Rose are the flankers of Delina but I guess I was wrong based on Quentin. However, based on Sebastian, it does sounds like they are flankers. Regardless, love Exclusif and would love to win Rose as summer is coming. Sebastian’s description sound so fresh and dewy. Tx, USA

  • I liked the idea of a dewy morning with raindrops on flowers. Sebastian noticed the peony, pear and water notes, which makes the experience fresh. Roses are a favorite of mine and would love to enjoy Delina La Rosée. Thanks for the opportunity! Mich USA

  • Lara Williams says:

I cannot wait to go out and smell this fragrance. I love Delina, it is my signature!

  • I’m a white flowers lover but i would love to find a rose for me. I’m very interested by this new Delina, sounds like an easy to wear fresh rose perfume. Quentin Bisch is very talented !

  • I enjoyed the original. Surprisingly I feel this fragrance can be appreciated even by non rose note lovers. I like the descriptions of both the perfumer and Sebastian. A rose before bloom is an interesting take on the original fully bloomed iteration. Sounds like it has a soft airy-ness about it which sounds appropriate for summer time.

  • Back in the days , when I was younger I considered floral fruity fragrances way too feminine. Now I think otherwise , and I do enjoy them a lot .
Delina La Roses sounds really good , fresh rose , litchi and watery notes.
My favorite PDM is Layton Exclusive , and i’m happy to own a bottle. I also own original Layton , and Godolphin is in my wish list.
    Positivity all the way. USA

  • Love the stories that Mr. Bosch described three Parfums de Marly Delina perfumes. A great comparison! The prequel of a full expensive of roses is such a beautiful description of Delina La Rosèe. I also love Sebastian’s youtube review about how he experienced Delina La Rosée: start off with fruity lychee and pear blast, then turn into a watery floral, predominantly rose and peony, a rain-on-flower like experience, with a final touch of soft musky wood. I imagine myself having a walk at dawn with dewy, fresh and watery florals along the pond inside a woodland. So beautiful! I also love the transparent bottle matches the theme of this fragrance. Sometimes it can be challenging to find a good fragrance under the Arizona heat. Delina La Rosèe sounds like a perfect fragrance to wear in any weather and I would love to participate in the give-away!

  • I love Sebastian’s video-reviews!! Very honest and informative.
I love Delina PdM and I hope will love this new delina, becouse I ove rose and rose-peony combination sounds very alluring.
Oajan, Layton are my favorites from PdM.

  • Terrianne says:

I feel that Quentin Bisch expertly captures the allure of women through fragrance.

With that, he understands the duality of softness and certitude women can possess regardless of her presentation.
That, to me, is a celebration of womanhood, and the feminine in us all. All people.

Sebastian speaks to the water florals in this preparation. That sounds divine.
I love fragrances that can be worn in the spring and summer months because they must possess the ability to become part of your air without suffocating you.

Have yet to smell Delina. Was thinking of treating myself this Christmas.

Good luck to everyone! Thanks for this opportunity.

  • magda_996 says:

First congratulations to the master perfumer Quentin Bisch for the awards and for the beautiful creation of Delina trilogy!
I totally agree that Delina is the day Rose and Delina Exclusive the evening Rose. And Sebastian it’s right that Delina a la Rose it’s the summer version.
I can’t wait to have it in my collection!
    Thank you for the giveaway.

  • roblexky says:

PdM is a wonderful house and Delina is a beautiful creation. I am familiar with the original but Delina La Rosée sounds like a great addition. I most liked this introduction’s explanation of the rose story being told from three different angles, each adding to the story. From Sebastian’s review, I most enjoyed his dscription that Delina La Rosée is a more “watery” take using transparent flowers, and is better suited for warmer weather. My favorite from PdM is Layton. KY, USA.

  • GennyLeigh says:

A delicate rose bud under dew at dawn. What a lovely description! I’ve tried the original iteration of Delian and as a rose lover, I would like to try all three. Great review Sebastian! Commenting from MD, USA.

  • Sounds like a magical scent! You had mentioned the crispy rhubarb and Sebastian had mentioned the lily is comparable with the rose in this one! I would absolutely love to win a bottle to enjoy! My favorite of Parfum de Marly is most definitely Delina so I would be thrilled at the chance to try. Xx

  • I enjoyed Sebastian’s review! And I find Quentin Bisch is really a great perfumer these days! Love first Delina, and if this more tender, fresh and summer version – it’s just perfect!
    I love Herod, Delina, Layton.

  • Charlie80 says:

Delina Rosee sounds absolutely stunning to try. Both you and Sebastian that the water note is ethereal with this fragrance. Pegasus is a favorite of mine from the House of Parfum de Marly.

  • Hi all! I really enjoyed both of your reviews on this delectable perfume. It would be an absolute pleasure to give this a try! Albeit the original Delina is my favorite. Your description in this being oudy and sensual sounds like something out of a dream! Sebastian also noted the lilies are beautiful in this. Would love to give a go! Thanks for the reviews. ☺️

  • I adore Parfum de Marly’s Delina Exclusif. Sebastian explained this fragrance as a lovely watery rosy lily scent. Your review is equally lovely. I may get a bottle if I don’t win this, ha ha! Greetings from US.

  • MariaLovesPerfume says:

I never win these things but here I am giving it a go LOL. I adore the original Delina. Would love to try this. Your review sounds beautiful and I am excited to try this version. Sebastian makes this sound delectable with the water notes. Greetings!!

  • Veryscentcrazy says:

This sounds so lovely! Sounds like a fresher version without the vanilla dry down. Sebastian also mentioned that this is closer to delina than the exclusive. Hopefully I can score a bottle. Thank you!! From the USA.

  • Jackie88 says:

Hi lovelies! Would love to win this :). You have described it as a soft and feminine beautiful fragrance. Sebastian has mentioned it is a beautiful summer alternative. I hope I win :)). From the USA. Thank you!

  • Victoriafemme says:

What an absolute beauty this sounds to be! I adore lychee and peonies. This sounds like a beautiful alternative to Delina and Delina Exclusif. Would adore this! From the USA :).

  • I am excited to try this “prequel.” I adore fresh water scents and this sounds just up my alley. Sebastian really hyped this one up for me lol. I hope I WIN! From the US.

  • BookLover7 says:

This one sounds interesting. Piqued my interest to try. Not too much of a fan of rose but it seems to be subdued with the water lilies. Would love a bottle. Pegasus remains my favorite.

  • kayrmaci27 says:

I could not have been more excited for this chance to pop up.
Nobody could have said it better than Quentin Bisch himself. The Delina’s are “rose heaven” and La Rosee is absolutely the prequel. I also like how Sebastian mentioned “they’ve captured a Delina for all seasons”. I agree. There is a Delina for every one (and I just happen to be most excited about this release!). Something about these 3 fragrances leave me feeling lighter and brighter throughout my day. While I have not had the chance to own a full bottle myself, I know one day my luck will change.

  • Uncle1979 says:

Parfums de Marly became a top notch brand in such a short period of time , one of the best out there, to my taste of course.
Sebastian take on Delina La Rosee reminded me of making, and later eating rhubarb pie , drinking litchi juice and having a walk with my girlfriend right next to the beach, which she’s holding a big bouquet of roses
I absolutely love working as PastryChef, and running my bakery, but I need to take my girlfriend on vacation, Delina La Rosee kind of showed me that 🙂
Personally I know Parfums de Marly for Herod , Makes me feel like I’m THE king of the castle.
It’s a toss up for me between Herod and Oajan, for my favorite Parfums de Marly fragrance.
Appreciate the review , and the giveaway campaign

This is my first time on this site, and yes, I’m now registered. I learned here(from Quentin) that Delina Rosee isn’t a flanker – which I had assumed due to having the same name. I always enjoy Sebastian’s YouTube content. He’s so knowledgeable. It would be exciting to win. I have the travel set of Delina, along with the hand cream. The only other scent from PDM I’ve smelled is Meliora and that is lovely as well.

  • Grace Barling says:

I found it curious that Mr. Bisch created this fragrance beginning as a “midday” model when describing Delina then moved to the “evening” offer with Exclusif and finally ending with La Rosee as the “dawn” version – did not follow a linear creative path.

Sebastian’s idea of The Marley house now having 3 versions covering all the seasons summed up the cornering of the market that the Delina phenomena has accomplished

  • coldlicorice says:

It’s so interesting that this the prequel in the Delina family, not a flanker! The rain comparison sounds exactly my style. I love watery florals, especially peonies. From what I’ve smelled of PDM, I really enjoy delina exclusif and Meliora. I would love to win this fragrance. Thanks for the opportunity to win a bottle, and the informative video.

  • Ghulam Ahmad Yahyaie says:

I really love house of the marly. My favourite perfume is Herod and it will always remain, just wow. I praise perfumes and I can’t wait to smell la rosee.

  • Sebastian did a fantastic job of reviewing and comparing the three Delina flankers. I’d love to win this bottle for my wife. Thanks for entering me in the giveaway. Best regards from Plano, Texas.

  • Roseylips69 says:

I own Delina and absolutely love it! If the new Delina la rosee is anything like it I would love to have a bottle. The rainwoods note sounds wonderful. Sebastion has reviewed me into buying quite a few bottles a perfume. Lol

  • roxhas1cat says:

Enjoyed reading Quentin’s description of the trio of fragrances. He’s one of my most adored perfumers. Sebastian always has a great review, a Delina for all seasons is just what we Delina lovers need. I love the sheer bottle on this one. My favorite of the line is the original Delina, it is the only bottle that sits on top of my dresser because it is my most beautiful bottle. Thanks for the chance. USA

  • From Sebastian’s review, it seems Delina La Rosée is a cool, invigorating perfume. Rain, water lollies, lotus flowers, roses, peonies remind one of summer morning walks in a cool garden, before the midday heat kicks in. Both Quentin Bisch and Sebastian highlighted the differences between the three Delinas, and Sebastian described how Delina Exclusif is more for cooler weather, whereas Delina La Rosée is more for the coming summer months. As always, liked the clarity of Sebastian’s review. Parfums de Marly Layton Exclusif is the only I have tried from Parfums de Marly and I like it. Thanks for the review of Delina La Rosée and a generous draw. Writing from the USA.

  • Bryant Worley says:

Quentin Bisch’s introduction was very good in explaining the difference between the 3 fragrances, and what time of day each represents. Sebastian’s review was quite thorough in explaining the differences of each fragrance.

My favorite Parfums de Marly fragrance is Layton Exclusif.

I live in Waldorf, MD, USA.

  • Delina is my absolute favorite! This would be a dream to own! You both have mentioned how this is a beautiful alternative for the warmer months because of the water-like element. What a dream! XO!

  • petergigov says:

Being a vain man compliments are really important to me. Delina La Rosée with its fresh rose , tartness, and fruityness for sure will both smell awesome, and also get me unsolicited compliments.
Oajan is my favorite Parfums de Marly, it’s full , balsamic sweet oriental I enjoy a lot . Early spring I bought my third 125ml bottle, that shows how much I love it.
    Exciting giveaway, USA
    Regards

  • I enjoyed Quentin’s clearly descriptions of the differences between the 3 Delinas. I purchased samples of the original after watching Sebastion’s youtube video and I do think that I will be purchasing samples of the other two to see which I like the best in order to purchase the right full size. I do love warm scents and, as I have gotten older, also appreciate “just right florals” with warm dry downs.

  • I am intrigued by Sebastian’s review!
I love Delina very much- beautifully created rose-fruity perfume by Mr. Bisch.
This sounds more tender, airy, just suitable for warm weather.
    US

  • I enjoyed Quentin Bisch’s story about how the various scents are related. And Sebastian’s review was useful. It’s good to know that this is a good fragrance for warmer weather and why. (SoCal)

  • Jennifer Ribeiro says:

I would never be able to afford a perfume like this. I’d cherish it for days to come. Thank you for doing a giveaway! Would love to win. Xx

  • The new Parfums de Marly is obviously a warm weather fragrance– fresh , natural smelling rose , fruits and some watery nuances . Delina La Rosée sunds super good , and cozy , especially for the summer.
It also interesting to read about Quentin Bisch own perception, and the differences between 3 versions of Delina.
All Parfums de Marly non-transparent, and transparent bottles look super classy , including Delina La Rosée. Call me perfectionist, but bottle design, looks and the way it feels, are all important to me. Oajan is my favorite Parfums de Marly , but Delina Exclusif is breathing in Oajan neck all the time. Both are staples for me.
    Thanks for the draw

  • I love M. Bisch’s beautiful description and imagery of the three Delinas as different interpretations and expressions of the same Rose. It captures them perfectly! Loved Sebastian’s review and agree wholeheartedly…I want this to be my fresh scent of the summer!
My favourite PDM is still the OG, Delina…La Rosée is a very close second tho!

  • That was a nice intro with Bisch’s telling of the 3 angles of the rose – it seems the facets of the rose are never-ending 🙂 I also liked Sebastian’s review as always and imagine this super fresh easy to wear rose perfume. My favorites from PDM are the original Delina, Darcy and Herod. I’m in USA

  • Michael Prince says:

I loved Quentin Bisch’s introduction in learning about the 3 Parfums de Marly Delina fragrances. Delina being a dominant floral daily wear fragrance, Exclusif being the dense evening wear sequel fragrance, and and La Rosee being the lighter and fresher prequel. Sebastian’s YouTube review of Parfums de Marly Delina La Rosée was amazing the combination of pear, lichti, rose, and peony with it’s lighter nature sounds beautiful for the warmer weather. My favorite Parfums De Marly Fragrance is Herod. I am from Ohio, USA.

  • What I have learned from Quentin Bischs introduction was the differences between the different time settings of the three Parfums de Marly “Roses”. I’m most interested in La Rosee. I found it so dreamy reading his description of the fragrance experience as a rose BUD under dew at dawn.

I am a new subscriber to Sebastians youtube channel (bell rung!), new to the perfume world, and have learned so much from his channel! What I picked up on that was important to me was that the water touches of the fragrance have a rain/dew watery type of experience and not aquatic/marine.

As for my favorite Parfums de Marly, based on the notes, La Rosee sounds like it would be my DREAM fragrance. Oh, how the water notes sound so divine!

I’m definitely going to check out this blog. Keep it up, you guys are doing great!

  • mgratiaplena says:

I’ve been a fan of Sebastian for years and I absolutely adore the way he describes fragrances. I learned from watching his video that La Rosee is even closer to Delina than Delina Exclusif. I learned from monsieur Quentin Bisch that this is not a flanker by any means. I’m a big fan of his work and I can’t wait to see what he’s done with Delina La Roseé. My favorite Parfums de Marly fragrance is Delina Exclusif. Thank you Ca Fleure Bon, Sebastian, and Quentin Bisch for giving us this chance to win a bottle.

  • constancesuze says:

I haven’t tried many from PdM but I’m interested in the Delina Rose trilogy. Exploring the same theme over different fragrances is a fun exercise.

  • I like that Quentin describes this as a “prequel” and says “Important, this is NOT a clone of Delina or A FLANKER. More a super powerful fresh rose that shines and vibrates constantly.” I own Delina Exclusif (and adore it!). And once I learned La Rosee was being launched, my immediate reaction was that it was simply a flanker. But his description, along with Sebastian’s review makes me realize it is definitely not. I sounds absolutely perfect for the warmer months. While I absolutely love the Exclusif, it is heavier and more challenging to wear in the summer. I love the note of peony and the description of the watery notes that make it lighter/fresher/airier. I am definitely adding this to my collection!
    I live in the USA.

  • I enjoyed Quentin Bisch’s explanation for making three versions of the popular Delina, and I am loving the look of the newest La Rosee, which looks a little like rose wine with its transparent-ish glass and soft pink color. I also like how Sebastian described the watery aspects of the scent, accentuated by water lily and lotus. Then with the addition of peony–one of my favorite scents–this sounds so soft and pretty. I have been wearing more transparent scents lately. Thank you both for your reviews. I am in USA

  • After reading the article about the three Delina’s, they are very different in three ways. Quentin Bisch. Not flankers but their own selves. I enjoy Delina Exclusive but would love to try La Rosee. From Sebastian, Rained on flowers. A gentle Delina. California.

  • Guadalupe Solano says:

I love Delina, and I’m so intrigued by Delina la rose.Always learning about great perfume though Sebastian channel.

  • MaddalenaSofia says:

I appreciate how Sebastian explained in great detail the stages of this fragrance. How it starts out fruity and then once the rose and peony kick in it becomes more like Delina and then you notice the lightness and the watery touches. One thing I’m amazed by is the journey a fragrance takes throughout the day. I would love to experience this with Delina La Rosée. As for the lovely introduction by Quentin Bisch, I love that he taught us that this is the prequel and Delina Exclusif is the Sequel. It’s the perfect collection for the perfected Rose fragrance.

  • wallygator88 says:

    Thanks for the review Sebastian.

I love the idea of this rose series – a morning and evening rose and a beautiful prequel to the morning, while everything is cold and dewy and the scent of flowers is in the air.

    My favorite PdM is Nisean.

    Cheers from Wi, USA

  • KMBfragrance says:

It is so inspiring to hear from the creator what their vision is for their fragrances, and the three stages of day makes perfect sense. From Sebastian, we got “a Delina for all seasons”, another great analogy for the wearing experience. Delina La Rosee sounds most appealing to me, so I’m very excited for the giveaway.

  • redwheelbarrow says:

I’ve not yet tried Delina but it’s interesting how Mr. Bisch describes the three versions of the same rose. I’d love to try all three side by side. Thank you for the draw. I’m in the US.

  • Lisa Glennon says:

I love Delina and was wondering how this compared to it. I was surprised to see there was an aquatic element in it. After hearing the description by Sebastian, this sounds like it right up my alley! I need to smell it for sure. Thank you for your descriptive picture of a smell. You were spot on for your breakdown of Delina and I purchased based on your review. Best purchase ever! I trust that your review of La Rosee is spot on too. I think this would make a wonderful mother’s day gift…I will have to give my family a few hints and hope to get it for Mother’s Day myself!

  • Quentin Bisch’s description of the fragrances is what interest me the most, mid-day, evening & prequel.
I always love Sebastian’s reviews and I learn something even if its just the correct definition of (la rosée)
I have only had the opportunity to sample Pegasus Exclusif and it ifs wonderful, but I think my wife would love Delina La Rosée.
Thank you and have a Blessed Day.

  • What a beautiful perfume … the article and Sebastian’s video were very informative. Delina La Rosee is a beautiful concoction dewy but not light. I went out and sampled it and it was lovely indeed.
I really like all 3 Delinas and think that they compliment each other … my favorite of the house so far.

  • Margaret Eastman says:

I would love to win a bottle of Delina La Rose! Quentin Bisch’s description and Sebastian’s great review really gave me a sense of how Delina La Rose will smell. Sounds absolutely perfect for spring and summer months. I already own Delina (love, love, love) and really enjoy for fall, winter, and early spring. My favorite Parfums De Marley perfume as of late has been Cassili.

  • Bubeto_GG says:

Again such a nice job by the best reviewer on YouTube . Bright and fizzy , a bit also playful , throw some tartness into the mix , such a pleasing base. Summer classic I would like to explore.
Love both of my Delina bottles , I mean i have the regular one for a long time, and Exclusif version for around 6 months.
It will be awesome to have all non-identical Delina triplets in my collection 🙂
I also bought Byerley as a gift for dad’s birthday, it’s way too mature for my taste, but he absolutely loves it.
    Cheers from VA

  • Yaqi Selection says:

My first thought of the perfume was wow super beautiful bottle but I doubt how different it will be from the other 2. However, from what I heard and read, I became super curious about the smell. The morning dew. It seems and sounds clean and fresh. I can imagine a lady, wearing a lace dress, standing in a garden near a pond and surrounded by blooming flowers. The flowers don’t smell overwhelming, but rather refreshing. It would be great to have this pretty bottle in my collection.

  • Randy Stark says:

Well I learned that the Rosee is a lot fresher and dewey-er than the original Delina or the Exclusif. However, it is not watered down and still has the same DNA. They said it’s more gentle and better for people who want something less punchy, possibly better for warmer weather. Loved the descriptions of the variations!

  • phillboger says:

Exactly what I was looking for. My fiancee would love it. Greetings from Massachusetts

  • WaltherP99 says:

I have sampled / smelled all Parfims De Marly fragrances , excluding the new Delina La Rosée, but I’m expecting a pure , fresh and innocent rose, water lilies, and playful fruits . What a great house.
I do agree with Quentin Bisch about Delina Exclusive being the evening sequel, it’s much fuller oriental well dipping into gourmand territory.
My favorite Parfums de Marly fragrance is by far Habdan – it’s UNREAL how good it is…to me at least.I’ll never get rid of it …no way.One of my all time favorite fragrances , and to me the the most underrated Parfums de Marly.
    All @cafleurebon @ lookfeelssmellgreat @parfumsdemarly @quentinbischperfumer i already follow on Instagram , plus @yvanjacqueline

I find rose a challenging note to put in a spotlight. Perfume de Marly did an amazing work with Delina. A beautiful and delicate rose perfume without the traditional vintage ROSE.
Thanks to Sebastian for bringing this into spotlight!

  • avlnnasa@gmail.com says:

I adore the original Delina and would love an opportunity to enjoy La Rosee. Mr. Bisch’s story of the evolution of a rose garden told though these perfumes spoke to me as an individual who frequents rose gardens often. Knowing what Mr. Bisch’s intentions were with the three Delinas I can clearly picture how each tell the same story at a different time. Absolutely beautiful!

  • IvanVelikov says:

When I think Parfums de Marly , I always think Pegasus . Sure PdM do have all kinds of quality fragrances like Oajan , Herod , Layton , Greenley and the new Exclusif stars , but I do not get how regular Pegasus is getting so little attention. As much as I like the other I’ve mentioned , my 125ml bottle of Pegasus I cherish most. Smells fantastic , lasts over 10 hours on skin , and projects beyond strong – fills up a room. Compliments galore too.
Being in tailoring business, I would wear Delina La Rosée while working with clients at the shop. Feels like a happy and cheerful floral , but also professional type of fragrance. Almost all my rose based fragrances I wear with a suit at the shop.
I so want to win a bottle, thank you.

  • I’ve never been able to feel like I’m almost smelling a perfume just by reading the creators inspiration until now. I’ve always wanted but have never smelled the original delina but I’m hoping to eventually be able to have all 3 in my little collection.

  • Leanne Modell says:

I love the idea of La Rosée being a prequel in the Delina trio, a field of dew-drenched flowers. How beautiful, especially for the current season.

  • Mary Lou Bertucci says:

Delina is a wonderful scent, and La Rosee sounds gorgeous. Since it means “Dew,” I’d expect this to be a wonderful splash, rather than a hardcore scent, perfect to pick up spirits after a year of confinement. This is my first giveaway and comment, but I have been moving through years of Sebastian’s videos; he is a true educator (frankly, I wish I were his mom!). I’m delighted that I’ve finally gotten to a review that is recent. Right now, I’m awaiting a travel size of Delina, so I would love to smell La Rosee, which I will as soon as venture to a department store again. Keep up the great work, Sebastian!

  • nanaacolombo says:

I love love love the original Delina (my favourite of the Parfums de Marly that I’ve tried) AND rose is my favourite fragrance note, so I’m just about dying at the thought of winning this bottle. From Sebastian (whose review was great, as always) I’ve learned that the Exclusif version is actually not that similar to the OG Delina but more oriental leaning to his nose? That sounds quite intriguing, I’ll have to test it out. I’ve only tried the original Delina. And from Quentin Bisch’s I was so intrigued by his description of the fragrance as watery, and as not a flanker but a completely different take on a classic. Wonderful read!
