KAJAL Joorie Review (Alix Miral) 2019 + “R.E.M. Rose” Draw

 KAJAL Joorie review

KAJAL Joorie, photo by Nicoleta

If you want a red rose,’ said the Tree, ‘you must build it out of music by moonlight, and stain it with your own heart’s-blood. You must sing to me with your breast against a thorn. All night long you must sing to me, and the thorn must pierce your heart, and your life-blood must flow into my veins, and become mine.’ (…) ‘Be happy,’ cried the Nightingale, ‘be happy; you shall have your red rose. I will build it out of music by moonlight, and stain it with my own heart’s-blood. All that I ask of you in return is that you will be a true lover, for Love is wiser than Philosophy, though she is wise, and mightier than Power, though he is mighty. Flame-coloured are his wings, and colored like flame is his body. His lips are sweet as honey, and his breath is like frankincense.”- Oscar Wilde The Nightingale and the Rose

There’s this beautiful legend about a world in which all roses were white, and nightingales were no different from other birds. One day, the nightingale met the most beautiful white rose and fell in love with it – and from that moment on, he was inspired to sing, and thought the flower would bloom from her bud only if the song would be beautiful enough. The nightingale’s love grew so ardent that, one night, during his song, he slowly started to press his chest to the flower, and the sharp thorns pierced his heart, coloring the rose crimson – red forever. No matter how far back we travel in time, and to which cardinal point of the map we look at, we are surrounded by myths and legends woven around the symbol of the rose. It does not matter if we are visiting the Greek legend of  Aphrodite and Adonis or watching  Brahma use 108 large and 1,008 small rose petals to create a bride for Vishnu, or gaze at the rose petals raining from the ceiling of Nero’s banquet halls, there is a connecting red thread that links most of the stories to one common idea, making the rose the most ritualized flower, an everlasting and universal symbol of love, passion, and desire.

  A note from the brand:

“KAJAL Joorie is our red rose in all its aspects of love – caring and confident.

Joorie is our red rose reflecting strength – supportive and dependable.

Joorie is our red rose in all its splendour – marvellous and beautiful.”

KAJAL Joorie unites the best of two – seemingly contradicting – worlds: the comforting deliciousness of a honey-based gourmand and the depth, elegance, and complexity of a spicy rose scent.

For me, there’s an eerie feeling of long-forgotten yet instantly familiar reassuring comfort to Joorie.  Do you know those recurrent dreams that manage to seep their mood into reality? The ones you forget the second you open your eyes, but recognize as special and can precisely pinpoint their effect in the remnants that paint your days a different kind of *magic. Not déjà vu but déjà rêve?

Interestingly enough, the inspiration for the scent comes from trying to revive a summer childhood memory: “In working on the creation of Joorie, I kept having flashbacks to the farmhouse where my family would go during our summer holidays. There were two acres of land surrounding the little house, fenced with pine trees along the borders. Berries, figs, jasmines, petunias, chamomiles, and lavender were just a few of the many plants that we had growing in the gardens. Most majestic of all was the one rose bush that yielded the most beautiful red flowers, and it was this plant that I would visit on a daily basis – not only to see the sublime velvety red petals and superior elegance of the roses but also to capture a whiff of the sensual perfume that this rose would so elegantly emit.”  Moe Khalaf (Founder & Kajal Creative Officer)

The first blast is a fiery dragon breath – a burning avalanche of spices rolls on your skin, heating it up to a feverish temperature, with nutmeg and cloves tingling ontop of sharp flakes of prickly pepper. A playful contrasting effect of vague coolness comes from the shaved ginger, with its slightly camphoraceous nuances. Everything still feels sizzling hot in effect, just like the olfactory equivalent of the “burn” you feel when placing an ice cube on your skin. Lemon and bergamot come to aid, with their reviving freshness, cooling the scent even further to a warm, sensual level of “hot-ness” (double-meaning pun very much intended).

The heart of the perfume is my absolute favorite, sliding between sceneries and nuances, just like in a REM phase of a dream. Time runs in sensual slow motion, with soft pouring honey enveloping everything in sight. Her majesty the rose – a  beautiful, perfect, singular specimen, dominating monolithically the other flowers that serve as whispered backing vocals, to even more poetic pallid contrast to its’s dark crimson beauty.

Large windows open, light pierces in, yellow, full of the promise of bloom, carrying microscopic new-born universes in the pollen of flowers, echoing the green siren’s call of the dryads. Sequence change again – chasing the zephyr out through the window, sliding down the long vines of a castle walls, all the way down to the river. We are flying above, watching the waters twist around and gather the dark roots of deep forests, thick hollowed out branches of trees filled with wild honey, mossy patchouli, musky dry grass burrows. The dream slowly fades into the morning light, the sweet aroma of honey still lingering on the skin.

. I am fascinated by the notes especially Patchouli, oud, rose and honey. This sounds like a spicy/sweet Gourmand lovers dream. A house that I am not familiar with but I am intrigued by nonetheless. Thanks a lot from the UK

  • I love rose and right now I am wearing Love Kills from Masque Milano! I am always curious to discover more rose fragrances and I feel it has a great potential, many hidden faces, that are yet to be discovered, altough it’s one of the most popular theme used in perfumery.

If anyone can find the perfect rose, it’s Nicoleta. I would like to see what this rose is like.

  • I love rose fragrance but it has always been hard to find a rose fragrance for man. This one though the notes combination sounds totally unisex for me. I would love to try it.

Thank you for another great review. I loved your little anecdote at the beginning about the rose and nightingale. Since I am wearing a lot of powerfull rose fragrances, this should be right up my alley.

  • I love the inspiration for this perfume. Childhood memories can mean so much to us, and this particular memory seems to have meant quite a bit. I am also intrigued by the spicy notes with the rose. In the USA.

  • The bottle design of Kajal is on another level. Spiced rose is always a success, and the addition of honey would make it even more sweet amd seductive. Nicoleta pulls the reader into an atmosphere with this review. I have to try Joorie. I live in Denmark, EU.

  • This whole review sounds so enticing! I love a spicy rose perfume and with HONEY, one of my all time favorite notes?! The heart of this fragrance with my favorite floral notes and evoking the majesty of the gorgeous rose. I live in Miami, FL. I have never had the pleasure of trying a Kajal perfume but am sure this would be my favorite!

  • I liked this little note description coming directly from the house “KAJAL Joorie is our red rose in all its aspects of love – caring and confident. Joorie is our red rose reflecting strength – supportive and dependable. Joorie is our red rose in all its splendour – marvellous and beautiful.” Thanks for the draw!

  • This sounds quite interesting. I did not test anything by this house, but would love to get my nose on Joorie. Thanks! Europe

  • The story of the nightingale and the rose, in the O.W. quotation, is very moving. I’m intrigued to find our how this perfume develops from the spicy opening to the calming rose nuance and to the warming honey base note. Greetings from the EU (Greece).

  • NiceVULady says:

I am really intrigued by the inclusion of clove as I associate that more with carnation than rose, so I’m interested as to how that plays out. Many thanks to Nicoleta for a lovely review with Oscar Wilde included and many thanks to KAJAL for making this draw possible, I’m in the USA

I have not tried anything from Kajal. Thanks from EU.

  • This house is unknown to me, still have not tested anything from their portfolio, but I see that it is a recurrent presence here on this blog, so if their fragrances are worth of writing and reading about, then they are worth of sampling as well. I like a good rose and I think Joorie has everything in its’ favour to be more than a good rose!
Thank you! I am based in the EU.

  • I remember this ferocious love story from the times i have been reading Oscar Wilde. In the quest of finding my perfect rose scent i can only imagine the blend of Kajal Joorie’s notes with curiosity,i never tried Kajal before! Thanks for review and the draw, from Romania with love!

  • Time runs in sensual slow motion… In an era of speed, we need to slow down to bring back the sensual, the emotions, we need time to slow down to embrace of awesomeness. One would thought that the pandemic times will slow down things, but I truly believe that only personal lives were slowed down. we still work like crazy… Bottom line: i need this rose in my life. I am from Romania, EU.

  • Another amazing review by Nicoleta! It is so true that there are tons of myths and legends around the symbol of the rose, this Oscar Wilde piece is as beautiful as the Rose itslef… it is a neverending infatutation with this flower… So vivid is the inspiration of Mr. Khalaf for this scent that unites (As Nicoleta explains) the comforting of a honey-based gourmand and the depth and complexity of a spicy rose scent. Being, obviously the heart of the juice a ” sensual slow motion” around the Rose , which in an Oscar´s night, have the leading role. I have tried Kajal Homme, and I know this year they launched a Kajal Homme II. I live in Spain, EU,

  • Like most people, I love roses, both in everyday life and parfumery, so what sparks my interest is a sum of the main notes, the beautiful description and the gorgeous bottle.
I haven’t tried anything from this house before, so I couldn’t pick a favourite yet.
    Greetings from Germany

  • Fantastic bottle, fantastic notes. I love the contrast between the notes and the red of the bottle. As the bottle would make me expect a strong rose fragrance, the notes make me imagine an oriental rose vibe, a bit spicy, a bit woody and sweet. I’m currently in Romania.

  • Beutiful review going along with the brand storytelling
Don’t have a favourite Kajal yet

    Regards from Switzerland.

  • It looks like classic floral notes such as tuberose and rose are making a comeback after clean perfumes and then gourmand trend. It feels like the early 20th century again. USA

  • Claumarchini says:

A beautiful and extremely evocative review for what seems like a beautiful and well structured fragrance. I am definitely intrigued by the duality between the sweetness of the base and the spiciness of the rise. I would love to try a fragrance from Kajal, that I haven’t tried yet but of which I have read a lot if praise. Greetings from Italy

  • Monica Beaton says:

In the years that I have been collecting and training my nose and my mind to truly appreciate fragrances, I have learned two very important things. One: my favourite scentual moment is that slip and slide from opening to drydown; layers peeling away leaving behind beautiful ghosts of themselves until what is left is a colourful story of art and creativity. Two: writing a review for a fragrance is really quite difficult. It is hard to verbalize colour, music, feeling, and ultimately scent. Thank you Nicoleta for such a lovely review – one that has made me start my quest to find a sample of Kajal Joorie. And thank you CaFleureBon and of course Kajal for making such a generous giveaway possible. I live in Australia so am not eligible, but I enjoyed the read and just wanted to share that.

  • OH wow. Everything about Nicoleta’s review of Kajal Joorie sparks my interest! Rose and honey and spices. Comfort and sexiness and strength. All of these, please. I don’t have a favorite Kajal perfume and I am inthe US

  • Nice review and beautiful pictures! I really like the cap for this bottle. It’s like a rose maze, hypnotizing. Thank you!

  • Can’t help but entering any draw that offers rose based perfumes. I love rose and this one seems quite an interesting mix of spice and rose, which I find very appealing.
I liked Nicoleta’s reference to Oscar Wild and the promise of a zephyr dream.
Haven’t tried anything from Kajal but would definitely love to try this one. Thank you.

  • wandering_nose says:

Nicoleta’s review is vibrant and poetic, and managed to cast a strong spell on me. The moment I read about the composition being a mix of the comforting deliciousness of a honey-based gourmand and the depth, elegance, and complexity of a spicy rose scent, I knew Kajal Joorie is my kind of rose. I am absolutely fascinated by how multi-faceted rose can be in perfumes and I have grown to appreciate it. Love the Kajal founder’s childhood sentiment too – what a strong and deep memory. The notes sound amazing. I have not had enough exposure to Kajal perfumes to have a favorite but hoping to be able to befriend Kajal Joorie! Thank you from the Republic of Ireland, EU

  • I enjoyed Nicoleta’s review of this fragrance full of hot and cool notes. As a lover of rose-based and spicy fragrances, I am definitely interested in Kajal Joorie. Also, the ylang ylang and orange blossom in the heart probably perfectly complement the rose. I have never tried Kajal’s fragrances, but I am intrigued. I am in the USA.

  • fleurdetilleul says:

First thing I notice is how aesthetically pleasing this article is! Exceptional picture choices! I love Nicoleta’s edit too!

Rose is among my favorite notes in perfumery and I didn’t know about that beautiful and sad legend about the nightingale (oh, how I love their songs in the morning when it’s quiet outside…) and how the rose got its red color.

And how I miss the ravishing, intoxicating fragrance of a velvety red rose bush…

Thank you for the chance of winning this perfume, Çafleurebon & Kajal! I live in the EU.

  • redwheelbarrow says:

This sounds incredible. I had not heard the fable of the nightingale and the rose. I love your description of the heat of the opening with all of those beautiful spices surrounding the rose. Thank you for the draw. I am in the US.

  • kramerongo says:

Roses have special place in all people heart, long history about roses place. What I know is you mix roses with honey and tonka bean plus add sandalwood, you will get wonderful fragrance which I love already without smells it. I am in Sweden EU

  • Nara Hodgson says:

I am a rose lover through and through and would love to try this!! I have never tried Kajal before. I’ve been wearing Tiziana Terenzi Porpora lately and love a spicy rose! I am in USA.

  • ANDREEA ELENA TIMOFTE says:

My favorite bit kf the whole review is: “revive a summer childhood memory”…
My childhood summers where also spent at my grandmothers houses. All nature,we didn’t like to leave the city and go to the old “boring” country side.Plus that we had to do small chores as well. But NOW, looking back, oh my God! I just was to have the luxury and lay in the grass there, where once I didn’t want to be, now I dream to go. I don’t own any of Kajal perfumes.I live in London, UK .

  • After reading Nicoleta’s review of Kajal Joorie, My interest in Red roses had been sparked. Also thinking about reoccuring dreams is also on my mind. This sounds like a beautiful rose, patchouli fragrance. Love those. I have not tried any of Kajal fragrances. USA

  • Nicoleta’s review of KAJAL Joorie was fun to read, especially the story of the nightingale and white rose. I don’t have a favorite Kajal perfume, yet, as I haven’t tried any. KAJAL Joorie has all the notes I love, Oud, patchouli, rose, ylang ylang, musk, sandalwood… Thanks for the review and a generous draw. Writing from the USA.

  • I bought Yasmina as that one is my favorite by Kajal. Joorie is my second fave. I’ve smelled them all in including Homme II. It’s interesting to hear the impressions of others. My take is much different than Nicoleta’s, but Joorie does elicit a childhood memory in that it reminds me a bit of cake icing. In particular the icing in the tube used to do flowers for little home made boxed cakes that we’d have at family get togethers. I get mostly the sweetness and for me the spicy rose comes across as more of a fizzyness… almost like a sweet soft drink.

Posting from Pennsylvania, US. Thanks in advance.

  • roxhas1cat says:

Loved the Oscar Wilde Poem. I like that this fragrance is something long forgotten, yet comforting. I love the bottle, so chic. This article has made me excited for my roses to start blooming. Beautiful artwork for this article. Not familiar with this line. Thanks for the chance. USA.

  • According to the list of notes and after having read from the review, I truly want to try this fragrance. I haven’t tried anything from them yet, but I’ve been wanting to try their fragrances for a while now. I’ve been wanting a fragrance which has a noticeable rose aspect to it, and the mention of wild honey, mossy patchouli, and musky dry grass burrows makes this fragrance seem very appealing and intriguing to me. I hope that I win; I live in MD., U.S.A.

  • Nicoleta’s really draws you in with“ fiery dragon breath – a burning avalanche of spices rolls on your skin, heating it up to a feverish temperature”. Which makes me think of a very inviting romantic fragrance. I would definitely like to experience Kajal Joorie.

  • GennyLeigh says:

A spicy rose with a varied floral heart and a honeyed wood patchouli base sounds delightful and classic. I love Nicoletta’s description of the spiced opening as a “fiery dragon breath”. The bottle is lovely and the cap is gorgeous. Favorite Kajal is Lamar. Commenting from MD, USA.

  • I love rose and the mix with the spicy along with the citrus sounds like a match made in heaven. I live in Indiana USA

Thank you for the great review Nicoleta.
I enjoyed some of the myths that surround this beautiful flower.

I loved how you paid tribute the the artistic skill of the perfumer by comparing the nuances of this fragrance to the REM sleep cycle. It’s such a great metaphor.

I unfortunately have not smelt anything from this house.

    Cheers from WI, USA

  • I am from St. Louis, MO, USA. I was intrigued by the way Nicoleta likened her experience of Kajal Joorie to deja reve— a new-to-me term but a familiar feeling. I would be interested to try a gourmand-y rose fragrance and this one sounds absolutely beautiful. I’ve haven’t tried any Kajal perfumes, but I certainly hope to.

  • I love rose in perfumes and I think Kajal Joorie would be a great rose fragrance. There are plenty of notes in it that look promising together with the rose. For example and for my taste, the honeys, the cloves, the tonka beans.
I am in EU. Thanks !

  • This seems to be a striking fragrance that’s hard to forget. Most appealing to me is the much-needed cooling effect of bergamot in the top notes, the majesty of the rose and its humble floral servants in the heart notes, and my beloved base notes trio of tonka bean, oud, and vanilla. I’ve read so much about this brand but have yet to sample it. VA, USA

  • Enjoyed the read. I like how you must sing from the heart for the red rose. I’ve tried 3 Kajal fragrances so far. Homme, Lamar and Dahab.
All three are nice. Like the chance to try Joorie
    Thanks, Ca

What a lovely review for such a lovely sounding fragrance. I have been wanting to try Joorie, and a few other from the Kajal line, for quite some time now. I have only had the pleasure of sampling Kajal Homme and boy was that a winner. The presentation on all of Kajal’s products are just beautiful. I need to get my nose on more of these masterpieces if they are anything like what I have smelled with Homme. If they are half as good as what I am reading from many trusted reviewers, I know I am in for a treat. Joorie has always stood out to me as the notes sound so fascinating and really capture my attention. The re don black bottle is gorgeous and a true collectors piece, in my opinion. What sparks my interest most from Nicoleta’s review, is the inspiration for the fragrance. Moe’s insight on the farmhouse property where he and his family would go on summer holidays really made me feel like I was there and could envision what this scent would smell like. I really got the profile of the scent, which makes me want to get my nose on this one even more. This was an excellent read that has made me move Joorie to the top of my sample list, maybe even the top of my Blind Buy list. I have read several reviews that state this one is in close resemblance to 1888 by Xerjoff, and if so, that is just wonderful, as 1888 is a stunner of a scent! Thank you, Nicoleta, for your thoughts and take on Joorie. Your words have inspired me to get ahold of this one even sooner than I had planned on. A huge thanks to Moe and team Kajal for your generosity and for this amazing opportunity. It is appreciated more than you know! Thank you, Michelyn, for always bringing us awesome content and for everything you do for your CaFleureBon family. It means so much and you are greatly appreciated. Sending well wishes and gratitude from Delaware, US. Good luck all and stay safe my fragrant friends!

  • Thanks for another beautiful review Nicoleta!

When I saw the bottle I instantly knew this was going to be a beautiful Rose rendition of Kajal. As you mentioned there are tons of myths and legends around the symbol of the rose and I love how you describe the comforting effect of a honey-based gourmand and the depth and complexity of a spicy rose scent.

I have tried Kajal Homme and was blown away. I love it so much! Lamar will be my next purchase.

    Greetings from the UK.

  • Already wear Kajal Homme on almost all occasions, $185 well spent.
Joorie is for formal occasions, i need upscale fragrances, obviously Nicoleta was impressed too. Because of the bottle , and heavy metal cap, and the top ingredients $230 price tag is more than fair.
Like I said I own Kajal Homme , and I need to explore more ,Joorie , Fiddah and Kajal Homme II are in my must try list.
Exquisite giveaway, thanks to Kajal and Nicoleta

  • Thank you Nicoleta for the detailed review and the background of legends of roses. I love roses and got two shades of red blooming outside my porch – one deep dark red and the other a bright red and they all smell beautiful. I love to go out and sniff them just like Moe Khalaf and would be delighted to smell Kajal Joorie. I have not yet tried any Kajal fragrances though I was planning on trying out Dahab. I’m in USA

  • Nicoleta’s review is dreamer and poetic. She skillfully grabbed my attention to her beautiful sense. With the mix of the comforting deliciousness of a honey-based gourmand and the depth, elegance, and complexity of a spicy rose scent, I realized that Kajal Joorie is the rose scent that I’m looking for. I am absolutely fascinated by how multi-faceted rose can be in man perfumes. Love the Kajal founder’s childhood sentiment too – what a strong and deep memory. The notes sound amazing. I have not had enough exposure to Kajal perfumes to have a favorite so hoping to win this Kajal Joorie! regards from Slovenia, EU.

  • Michael Prince says:

What sparks my interest based on Nicoleta’s review of Kajal Joorie was learning so much about Rose the flower from Oscar Wilde writings of the Rose and Nightengale to one the the most in depth and detailed reviews I have seen on a fragrance. I have been really into Rose fragrances lately and I know I would love this spicy and resinous Rose in this fragrance. I am also a huge fan of the beautiful presentation of Kajal fragrances. My favorite Kajal fragrance is Lamar. I am from Ohio, USA.

  • Oooo, this sounds gorgeous. I love a REALLY good rose, especially with non-floral elements vying for prominence. I have not tried any Kajal scents. (USA)

  • Nicoleta’s articles always have such an alluring, evocative and slightly dark quality to them. I loved the introduction about the fairytale about the nightingale and the rose, as well as Moe Khalaf’s description of the countryside villa they used to spend the holidays during summer and of course, Nicoleta’s description of this fragrance as a honeyed rose beauty, with a sizzling and fresh top and a dark, mossy dry down.
    I live in the EU.
    Thanks!

  • I have never tried any Kajal fragrances. I really enjoyed this article about Joorie. My favorite quote is “The heart of the perfume is my absolute favorite, sliding between sceneries and nuances, just like in a REM phase of a dream.” The spices and woods with rose grabbed my attention. I love rich, rose scents that combine with patchouli in the base. Midnight Poison is a perfect example of this and is one of my favorites. I would love to try Joorie. It sounds beautiful!
    I live in the USA.

  • IvanVelikov says:

Refined, very gentlemanly fragrance is what is what I’m expecting .I tend to believe I’m that type of guy, Joorie checks all the boxes.
Whoever designer Kajal is , he/she needs a raise.
I have decant of Dahab, sweet juicy gourmand done really well . Smells natural to me, which is rare , most gourmands do smell artificial sugary to me, but Dahab is different.
Thank you Nicoleta and Kajal, such a great draw.
    USA , rarely Paris France

  • Rose, honey, vanilla, tonka beans and ylang ylang – this sounds really interesting to my nose. I would love to try it. I am sure it will be a nice surprise and experience. I am in Europe. Thanks!

  • Lamar is the only Kajal fragrance I know , it’s sweet, almost dripping fruity good.
Joorie is still sweet, but different, more mature, nighttime fragrance , but just like Lamar it’s made for confident people.
Nicoleta take on Joorie reminded me of making, and eating Rose Honey Cake , with real rose water in it.
Appreciate the review, and the giveaway campaign

  • What do we have here? Hello Joorie
With all the spices , the honey, and the voluptuous rose it fits me really well . Picnic basket full of surprises , and childhood memories all in one , splendid !
Joorie i have not smelled , but from samples alone Dahab , and Lamar impressed me the most. Cheers
Back and forth between USA and Scotland, 2 weeks in US -> 2 weeks is Scotland, and so on. Basically both USA and UK at the same time.

  • gorgeous review, as usual. Well written, Nicoleta 🙂
properly started with a bit of history about rose fascination, continued with the concept revelation and then masterfully ended with such a poetic description of the fragrance.
I almost convinced myself I love Joorie :)))
    I am living in Europe.

Mmmm I used to own Kajal Homme, and it was a pearl in my collection but I’ve benn using it too much and emptied it very quickly. Joorie seems to be a bit more on a feminine side but I started to use fragrances like that recently. I quite like that opening is like dragon breath, i could really use it during Poland’s whimsical nights. And the bottle – pure joy. Poland, EU

I was so impressed by Sebastian review of Kajal Homme here , on Cafleurebon, and also his claims it’s “one of the best masculine fragrances on the market” . Sampled it , and bought it a few days after. Spectacular fragrance , everyone should if not buy it, at least try it.
Nicoleta Tomsa review of Joorie never brought me back to my childhood, but brought to mind my pre-C…. really active social life.
I miss the days of private high end gentleman’s club, restaurants, dates and conversations with classy ladies. To me Joorie is a special events fragrance.
    Overly exciting giveaway, USA

I love the idea NIcoleta presents us of a fragrance that is at once hot and cool. And I like the conception of a rose that is balanced by a honey gourmand. This sounds both light and heavy at the same time, which gets my interest up! I have never tried a Kajal perfume, and I live in the US, in North Carolina.

Kajal is getting more attention in the fragrance community, still I believe it’s one of the most underrated houses . I would gladly wear all , but one. Yasmina is way too indolic for me, with strong jasmine note.
If i have to rate my favorite 3:
    1.Kajal Homme
    2.Dahab
    3.Fiddah/Joorie
Like Nicoleta pointed out Joorie is sweet,I do have a sweet tooth, and I find it sweet. I would call it Oriental floral gourmand, or at least something in between. Two more things to add , when I personally said gourmand, I never meant cheap designer-ish fragrance, Joorie is on completely different level! I also perceive chocolate, because of the patchouli i guess.
Performance as usual for all Kajal fragrance, is great.
All @cafleurebon @nicoleta.tomsa @kajalperfumes profiles I already follow. Thanks for the opportunity
USA only , hopefully not for long
