Start 2015 with a New Perfume + Twisted Lily Fragrance Boutique & Apothecary Gift $50 Gift Card Draw

new perfume 2015

One of the things I like most about starting a New Year is that there is always hope that when your ship comes in you won't be at the airport.  In a way our spilled perfume is just that, readers who are somewhere else and don't  claim their prize at all or on time.  CaFleureBon offered TWO Twisted Lily gift cards initially and both went unclaimed. I read every comment and re-occuring threads are "I really want to try this" or "I never heard of this perfume before and it sounds perfect for me".  2015 is a clean slate and an opportunity to try many of our Best of 2014 fragrances, before the new 2015 releases start pouring in. One ÇaFleureBon reader will have a chance to catch up.

  • No question about it, I’d buy Myrrh Casati. That was my first thought and I’m sticking to it.

  • It would be Xerjoff Nio but since they are out at the moment I would go for Xerjoff XJ 1861 or Xerjoff Casamorati 1888 Fiero. Thanks for another great opprotunity. Yeah!!!

  • There’s quite possibly a BILLION things I want from Twisted Lily – but a couple that I would start with would be Violette Sacree (Au Pays de la Fleur d’Oranger) or Violet Fumee (Mona di Orio) or Architects Club (Arquiste). The possibilities are endless! Thanks so much for this generous offer!

  • I would use it towards A Lab on Fire “What we do in Paris is Secret”. Thank you for the giveaway! I live in the US.

  • With all that Twisted Lily offers it would be a tough choice but I’d have to go with Caterina de Medici; the rose and lily are favorites…together they are divine. Thank you for the drawing.

  • I’m sticking with my original choice. Tommi Sooni #2. I love this line! As a person who was actually in the air (on a 24 hour flight) when my ship came in and missed my opportunity, I feel for these two souls!

  • UNCLAIMED!..seriously!??? I can’t even begin to list what I would die for from that store! I don’t have the first niche fragrance, at all, read about them every day and would just jump at the chance to have been given the opportunity to choose! Goodness! Thank you for the draw and having such a great website!

  • I echo Julie L.’s shock that this prize went unclaimed!

While there are a number of new fragrances that I’d love to try, I have to admit that if I won this prize I’d go for a full bottle of a fragrance that is not a 2014 release – Serge Lutens La Fille de Berlin. My love for roses has grown bigger this past year and this has become a favorite. Sure, I’d love me some Myrrh Casati, but. . .I’m a pretty sensible kind of gal when it comes to purchases, I guess!

Thanks for the second chance drawing! Cheers.

Ooh, something from Carner Barcelona… or Amouage Sunshine. Land of Warriors has such a cool bottle, too…

    Thank you! L(

  • Happy New Year! I would still go for Rouge Bunny Rouge Embers or maybe a few of the Providence Perfume Company scents. But I think there’s plenty to choose from!

  • I have been wishing for something from Penhaligon’s, perhaps it could be Lily of the Valley or Castile. It is so lovely to dream. Happy New Year!

  • MikasMinion says:

As someone who has left a draw win unclaimed (my response was sitting in the outbox for no good reason) I feel their pain. I would still go with An 85 Diesel candle and the Arquiste Flowers gift set.

  • I am also stunned that this went iunclaimed!

If I were to win the gift certificate, I would buy a bottle of Andy Tauer’s Incense Rosé.

  • I have been wanting to try Carner Barcelona for a while, El Born sounds really lovely.
Thanks for this extra chance to win the gift certificate!

  • I’d get Sadanne by Slumberhouse. It’s a shame this went unclaimed but I can understand completely how it happens.

  • It’s a shame I can’t just buy all of it. Enchanted Forest? Hedonist? Montecristo? No, definitely Mona di Orio’s Oud. I’m in the US.

  • Many too choose from, but I think that in the end I would go with Pluriel Masculin by Francis Kurkdjian. Thanks!

  • So many great fragrances to choose from! And so many that I have been wanting to try …

I might get brave and do a blind buy of Carner Barcelona Tardes or I might stick to the tried and true SL Fleurs d’Oranger that has been on my most-wanted list ForEVER!

Thank you Twisted Lily and CaFleureBon!

  • Probably I’d get a bajillion samples because I can’t decide! A Long Winter sample pack with an order, Slumberhouse Sample Set, Providence Perfume Oil Sample Set…as for FBs maybe Opus IV or Veni or Myrrh Casati or Vanille…
    Thank you all!

  • I would buy an Andy Tauer or a Carner Barcelona, since my trip to Barcelona was cancelled last fall. I live in the US. Thank you!

  • So many great things I haven’t tried! I would pick all samples also.
I am in the US. Thank you for the draw.

  • So hard to think what to get! If I didn’t order something like Architect’s Club or Like This, I’d probably go the sample route, myself! Thanks for the draw — I live in the US

  • I would choose a fragrance from some American house. Au Dela – Narcisse des Montagnes, Samarinda or Sadanne. There’s also a big wish from 2013 – full bottle of König, it is awarded by The Institute of Art and Olfaction in 2014. I’m in the EU, Croatia. Thank you.

  • Omg, the choices! I’m thinking What we do in Paris is Secret, the Mona sample set, the MFK sample set, Au Dela Narcisse, and/or something from Providence Perfume Co. Thank you! I’m in the US.

  • rivercitylizzy says:

I first had my eye on Lavande Ombree (Au Pays de la Fleur d’Oranger), but after reading the end-of-year bests here and on other blogs I think I’d use the gift card toward Arquiste Architect’s Club or Slumberhouse Sadanne. What a great second chance! I’m in the US.

  • I am sticking with my first posting. I would buy my husband Boston Ivy by D. S. & Durga. Thank you!

  • Fazal Cheema says:

I may go for one of Tauer’s creations..I am surprised both went unclaimed. I am in the US

  • Its nearly too overwhelming. I would love to try samples I believe. Mona’s sample set because have heard so much about her perfumes and this would be a marvellous opportunity. Thank you for the generous draw. I am in the US

  • Jitterbug Perfume Lover/Linda says:

Ohhhhh I’ve been lusting after Maria Candide Gentile Leuco and Twisted Lily is the only place that has it! Thanks for the opportunity. I’m going to keep my fingers, toes, and eyes crossed!

  • I change my mind every time I answer the question about what I’d buy… This time maybe it’d be Yosh’s Ginger Ciao, or SL’s Fille en Aiguilles, or… Thanks so much for the multiple chances to win!

  • What is so nice about Twisted Lily is their huge selection. I might opt to place an order of many samples or get that 60 ml bottle of 1740 Marquis de Sade (Histoires De Parfums)that I have been wanting.

  • This has been on my buy-list for the longest time so, I’ll have to choose Nasomato Pardon as my choice. To me, its the definition of class and style meets gentleman.

  • Cynthia Richardson says:

Dasein Fragrance Winter, Carner Barcelona El Born and Masque Milano Russian Tea are on my list.

  • I think Lorenzo Villoresi Dilmun and a mess of samples, or possibly I’d try something from Ortigia in the Zagara scent.

  • I would buy Slumberhouse’s Sova. I have been dreaming of it’s sticky fruit since my last visit. Thank you for the draw!

  • So many! Two of the ones I’ve been lusting after for too long are A Lab on Fire What We Do In Paris is Secret, and Andrea Maack Coven. I’m in the U.S. Thanks!
