Soivohle Moderne Moroccan Orange: I’m Walking On Sunshine

Sunny, ebulliently good-natured- like a windblown child in a summer field, with nary a care in the world.

This is how I feel when I wear Liz Zorn’s Moroccan Orange edp.

Like Katrina and the Waves,

I’m walking on sunshine, and don’t it feel good.

Katrina And The Waves-Walking On Sunshine

Now, I’m fond of all sorts of orange blossom- but this is Liz’s work- so the rules of engagement are very different.

Far from moody, torchy, clandestine-

Or the contrary- wispy, soapy, sticky…

It’s an openhearted scent, full of benevolence and buoyancy.

It asks nothing more than to uplift those who wear it, and those who smell it.

It whistles happily in its upper register, with a soft golden hay and citruses [neroli, you’re in there!].

The heart is laden with dazzling Moroccan orange blossom and a soupcon of spice.

The bed upon which it reclines is daintily musky and woody; it would never be so

ill-tempered as to overshadow the merry floral heart.

The sillage is discreet but significant [a few extra spritzes amp up the ante nicely], and it lasts a very long time, happily.

Moroccan Orange is a joy to wear and doesn’t need to be “hidden away for the right occasion”.

Every day is the perfect time to refresh, revitalize, and anoint yourself.

Joy is infectious.

I’ll be happy to decant some of my lovely jus for one of you commenters!

Share and share alike…

My pleasure.

The draw will take place on Sunday August 15 at 11:59PM EST
