Today is Black Friday and if you’re like me, the madness began last week as hundreds of e-blasts filled your inbox.  Something closer to my heart is Small Business Saturday, (I am not alone as the page has nearly 3.5 million likes on FaceBook),  the American indie entrepreneurs who think global but have local brick and mortar stores as well as e-shops…not in Paris, New York or London but in towns that aren’t usually on one’s travel itinerary.
