The first reader to match the seven contributors and editors with the book they chose for National Library Week will win two perfumes of their choice. BE SURE TO INDICATE AT LEAST TWO PERFUMES YOU WOULD LIKE TO WIN  (COUNTRY RESTRICTIONS)  IN YOUR COMMENT, JUST IN CASE YOU WIN.  If no one guesses correctly, the draw is random and don't complain if you don't get exactly what  you want or you will have to read James Joyce Finnegan's Wake in one sitting (and you thought Ulysses was difficult).  The Format of your guess must include the name of the editor and the name of the book to be eligble.  (For example, David Falsberg, NAME OF BOOK AND TITLE ) Please indicate if you only wear natural perfumes in your comments and where you live. Draw closes April 17, 2014.

We announce the winners only on site and on our Facebook page, so Like Cafleurebon and use our RSS option…or your dream prize will be just spilled perfume.

I just have to add that The Sheltering Sky has one of the worst rape scenes I’ve ever read, with the victim being bothered by the bad breath of one rapist, but apparently not experiencing any physical pain. When she is raped by the second assailant, she enjoys it, because he’s younger and more attractive than the first rapist. That entire section of the book is like one of those awful 1970s bodice-rippers written by men under female pen-names.
