L'Arbre de la Connaissance is a sumptuously green fig scent, created in 2011 alongside perfumer Marc Fanton d'Andon (Robertet). Inspired by the sacred Bodhi Tree of India, it is said that Buddha found enlightenment through meditation under it's bows. Using notes of fresh green leaves and lemon, fig flesh, fig wood, patchouli and sandalwood, one can very much picture a shaded tropical arbor, of the kind in a Henri Rousseau painting…
