Gourmand Notes in Perfumes (September Spilled Perfume 2018) + 9 All Treats and No Tricks Draw

We have been writing about the noticeable trend of gourmand notes in perfumes this year.  Gourmand notes in perfumes are usually synthetic, but can be natural as well… think of vanilla, cognac, caramel, fruity-florals, and coffee or chocolate-laced scents. Angel by Thierry Mugler (1992)  is a perfect example; uniting fruity floral and oriental ingredients into something utterly unique and is generally considered the first modern gourmand.     I hope I at least got Sebastian right since I watch so much of his videos. My favorite would have to be tonka bean or almond. I’m not a big fan of overly sweet notes on myself, but i really like vanilla and juicy fruit like peach on my girlfriend.
