DEEP RED LIPS
This is the ultimate game changer, deep, dark rich red lips.  This year we see the color deeper and darker a glowing richness of red, not glossy but richly stained. Lip Tip: You can give most any lipstick a matte finish by dusting loose powder before and after application

Jeffrey'sTrick of the Trade: How to find the perfect red lip for you?  Take a look at the center of your eyes… Warm and inviting eyes can use reds that have a hint of Orange.  Cooler gazes should use a blue based red.  When you put on lipstick your eyes should pop, if they don't try different color.

 HAIR TRENDS

POLISHED WAVES

Hair coiffed in large giant waves like a polished hairdo looked glam. Rachel Weisz was stunning with her hair properly blown out and roller set. I loved her waves and waves of luxurious flowing hair.

BEACHY WAVES

Beachy waves  was another hair trend at Cannes. Hair should look tousled not dull and haphazard. Get the Look:  Dampen hair and twist into two – four sections depending on your hair length before going to bed, apply Leonor Greyl Huile de Secret Beauty Organic Oil for Hair and Skin. In the morning, unwind and run your fingers gently through. Your hair will look casual yet shiny, sexy and hydrated . Added bonus this elixir includes UVA/B sunscreento helps color fade and can used on the body.

LUMINOUS CHEEKS AND SKIN
The south of France is synonymous with gorgeous healthy skin and beautiful complexions. On the red carpet we saw luminous cheeks and skin.   To keep your face and skin hydrated and supple, use Evian's  a spray mist throughout the day. For glowing skin apply Leonor Greyl Huile de Secret Beauty Organic Oil for Hair and Skin on your arms, legs and decolletage

Jeffrey'sTrick of theTrade: Use a tiny bit of sunscreen underneath your foundation to give your Skin a radiant glow.

EYES

Don’t go overboard with smoky eyes or flamboyant color shadows. Focus on liquid eyeliner used at the corner of the eyes and swept towards the temple. I use Kevyn Aucoin Precision Liquid Eyeliner . I love its fine felt tip and waterproof formulation that won't smudge under bright lights and and wears well in hot weather.

My choice will be Leonore Greyl Mousse.. i used mousse a lot as a teenager..among new trends, I do like beachy waves because the styles that seem like one just came out of shower or swimming pool seems attractive to me

  • Charlestongirl says:

I’d love to see a photo showing how to wrap the hair into four sections for overnight waves.

  • I wore the beach hair when it was popular before…it looked more like you just woke up. The beach waves is the trend I like.

I choose the Leonore Greyl Huile de Secret Beauty Organic Oil for Hair and Skin.

  • Donna Spiegel says:

Great read. Always love learning new ideas and tips although now I wish I still had my long hair for beach waves!!! I like that trend. I just cut all my hair. Red lips are always in style so not sure that is really a trend as it is a classic look and daring when it’s being re-introduced. I choose the Leonire Grey Huile de Secret Beauty Organic Oil for Hair and Skin. I will be able to use it everywhere if I win. . Thanks.

Just wanted to comment that Amy Poehler looks fabulous with that hair color and make up! Good luck to Jeffrey in his perfume studies, too!

deep red lips….je l’adore! My choice would be Leonor Greyl Huile. I’m in the U.S.

  • rodelinda says:

I love the beach waves trend, since my hair will do that without too much protesting. My choice would be the dry shampoo since I go through a lot of Batiste and would like to try something different. Thanks! I’m in the US.

  • I love the Leonore Greyl line, and I would choose the Leonore Greyl Huile de Secret Beauty Organic Oil for Hair and Skin.Thank you . USA.

  • I adore Rachel Weisz and her whole look. Gorgeous hair! I rarely have the energy for that level of styling though, so I love products that give body and polish without a blowout. In reality I come closer to beachy waves/air-dried ringlets than glam classic anything.

Leonire Grey Huile de Secret Beauty Organic Oil for Hair and Skin would be my choice–love multi-purpose products that are good for you too.

Also Jeffrey Paul is lovely and I wish him the best on his fragrant journey!
    Thanks!

  • My favorite trend is the luminous cheeks and skin and I’d like to try the Leonor Greyl Huile de Secret Beauty Organic Oil for Hair and Skin.

  • My favorite trend, that seems to keep popping up summer after summer, is the beachy waves trend. It’s tried and true, easy for hot humid weather. Leonor Greyl huile de secret beauty organic oil would be my choice! I’m in the US, thanks!
