2016: A New Year, A New Perfume + $100 Gift Card from Indigo Perfumery Draw

 It’s a New Year and 2016 is a great time for a New Perfume.  Ann from Indigo Perfumery located in Lakewood Ohio, has curated hundreds of fragrances from 36 brands  from all over the world.  Quite a few have won awards from CaFleureBon!!! Indigo Perfumery also carries Arquiste, Belle Fleur and Shay and Blue candles.

    My new years resolution is to only keep the fragrances that I really love or want to explore more. Indigo is such a great place! I discovered Jul et Mad there and I think I would use the gift card to try another of their scents. Thanks!

    My New Years wish is for people to start loving and embracing each other regardless of difference in belief/race/religion etc. The world is becoming crazier by the minute and it worries me for my family/future grandchildren etc. I am in the US and would probably buy Hedonist. Happy New Year.

    My new years action is to enjoy what I have and share it with my loved ones.

    If I won the gift certificate, I would get the Mexican Baroque candle by Arquiste. It brings back so many memories of my childhood and drinking atole (corn beverage) at the portales in Mexico.

    No resolutions except try more perfume! With the gift card, I would (probably) buy Charenton Macerations Christopher Street, or put it toward something more expensive, like a Kerosene scent, maybe Broken Theories. Thanks for the chance.

    I don’t really have any New Year’s resolutions except to continue to live healthy and remain cancer-free (I’m a 2 time cancer surivivor).

    I would finally be able to buy Tauer Vanilla Flash if I won this gift card! I’ve been wanting to buy this fragrance for the last 6 months!

    I never do New Year’s resolutions. I hope for this upcoming year is that the election season isn’t too contentious but I doubt that wish will come true.

    So, on to perfume. . .if I had the good fortune to win, I’d choose something that’d be a total surprise like Baruti Berlin Im Winter. If I hadn’t just purchased Viktoria Minya’s Eau de Honrgie it would have been that.

    I’ve been good so far. It’s been six months so far without buying a new bottle. Nothing, zilch, nada! I want to keep doing it BUT if I win this awesome draw I’ll definitely buy Arquiste Nanban.

    I don’t do New Year’s resolutions. I used to make them, then break them, so I stopped. I haven’t been on the Indigo site for a while and don’t remember it being this lovely. Candles, En Voyage, body oils, all got my interest, but I think I would go for Hiram Green Voyage. I tried a sample and absolutely love it. It’s my favorite of his perfumes. Just gorgeous!     I’m not a resolution person, I take one day at a time and make changes when it is time for them!
    As a middle-aged grad student, though, I’ve realized I need to focus more on taking care of myself in ways that are not just utilitarian –
    so both Hiram Green’s Voyage and En Voyage’s Zelda are already on my list, waiting for me!

    My New Year’s wish is that many of the obsessions in the world would be as harmless ( sneezing?) as an olfactory one.

    My New Year resolution would be to start and finish my P90X DVDs getting myself back into great shape. I browsed Indigo’s site and there were so many I would choose I narrowed it down to Arquiste The Architect’s Club and I would order a bunch of sample of some scents I quite unfamiliar with.     If I were to win the gift card, I think I might use it for something from Providence Perfume Company, like Moss Gown. I also love the little flacon necklaces that Indigo Perfumery carries, so I might have to add one of those!

    After 4 anniversary of entrepreneurship, it may be time for me and my business partner to buy our own office unit. Although we can only buy a small office but it’s one step ahead. We are not forcing ourselves into making huge success to mark 2016, we want to be ready when the time has come.

    I resolve to apply my own good advice towards my own life. I know what needs to be done, but my heart overrules my brain more often than not, and I’d like to avoid the heartbreak. This also means taking my health more seriously. I’d probably get either Hiram Green Moon Bloom (which I already love), or some other floral. I’m in the US.

    One new years resolution would to not put myself on the street by purchasing so many fragrances or at least to donate to as much to charities as I do on fragrances.     I’ve committed myself to trying to focus on what’s most important and letting the less important stuff go. My dayjob is kinda stressful and if I want to be around for the long haul I need to pace myself.

    I’m fairly sure I’d opt for something from Imaginary Authors should I be selected as this drawing’s winner. Maybe Yesterday Haze, but I also have an abiding fondness for Memoirs of a Trespasser.

    My resolution (although it was not made public until now) is to try and get more exercise this year. Whether it’s dog walking or maybe getting to a gym, I have to start moving! I think if I won, I would probably get myself one of the lovely perfume bottle necklaces, maybe a candle or some new fragrance or body care product.
